Project Objectives

Corporate coins often combine a logo, anniversary message and symbolic elements on a limited surface. The design must remain readable after molding and plating. Packaging also matters because many coins are presented directly to employees, partners or members.

  • Convert brand artwork into manufacturable relief
  • Protect small text and logo proportions
  • Select a finish suited to the brand identity
  • Coordinate coin and presentation box dimensions

Coin Engineering

The front and reverse artwork are reviewed separately for relief depth, borders and recessed areas. Edge text, numbering, cutouts and epoxy protection can be evaluated before mold development. Antique finishes improve contrast, while bright plating creates a cleaner modern appearance.

  • 2D or 3D relief options
  • Custom edge patterns or engraved text
  • Antique gold, silver, copper and other finishes
  • Soft enamel, hard enamel or uncolored relief

Packaging and Inspection

Presentation boxes, velvet pouches and clear capsules require accurate sizing. The approved sample establishes the reference for color, plating and fit. During production, inspectors compare random units with that reference and check both sides, edges and packaging.

  • Coin diameter and box insert checked together
  • Surface scratches and plating defects inspected
  • Logo orientation verified before packing
  • Individual and master carton quantities recorded
