Retail Program Requirements
Retail pin orders are not complete when the metal product is finished. Backing cards, pin backs, protective bags, barcode labels and carton organization must all match the buyer workflow. Planning these details before production prevents repacking after arrival.
- Define each design as a separate SKU
- Confirm card size, print files and hole positions
- Select rubber, butterfly or locking pin backs
- Provide barcode and carton label requirements
Product and Color Control
Soft enamel gives recessed color areas and a dimensional metal border. Hard enamel is polished flatter and offers a smooth jewelry-like surface. Pantone references, plating samples and approved artwork help align production with the brand palette.
- Pantone color references recorded
- Metal line thickness checked before molding
- Plating and enamel combination sampled
- Pin posts positioned for stable display
Packing for Fulfillment
Backing cards and labels are checked against the SKU list before assembly. Finished pin sets can be individually bagged and grouped by design. This makes receiving, inventory and fulfillment more efficient for the buyer.
- Card artwork and product orientation verified
- Barcode readability checked
- SKU quantities counted separately
- Export cartons protected against movement
