Managing a Multi-Design Order

Souvenir programs frequently include many related designs with different color combinations and order quantities. A clear SKU schedule is essential for artwork approval, mold tracking, production counts and packing.

  • Create one approved proof for every design
  • Assign stable SKU names and carton marks
  • Confirm quantities and packaging per destination
  • Track shared plating and material requirements
02

Manufacturing Consistency

The design family should look coordinated even when each landmark is different. Consistent plating, border thickness, typography and magnet or keychain hardware help create a recognizable collection.

  • Shared finish reference across the range
  • Color standards recorded for recurring shades
  • Attachment strength checked by product type
  • Reorder files archived for future production
03

Export Packing

Each SKU can be individually bagged, carded or labeled before being grouped into inner cartons. A final packing list should match physical carton contents so the distributor can receive and allocate stock efficiently.

  • Separate counting and inspection by SKU
  • Retail labels applied before export
  • Carton contents listed clearly
  • Protective packing selected for product weight
